Love Water - My gift to you...

It’s Valentine’s Day and the night before last, I found myself up late, realizing I needed cards for my daughter to give to her third-grade classmates. To be honest, I was feeling a bit annoyed and questioning the purpose of these cards. In that moment, I remembered a teaching by Eckhart Tolle: Complaining about something we have no control over is a sign of our lower vibrational self.

By shifting my focus to love, I was able to tap into my creativity and inspiration. My daughter and I chose a meaningful quote about love to print on the cards and wrote personalized messages for each of her classmates. I realized that when I was in my head and ego, the heart-way seemed like the hard-way, but as soon as I shifted my mindset, the ideas flowed.

Love is a choice, and it's always available to us, even when we are feeling annoyed and questioning the meaning of things.

Victor Frankl reminds us that "The salvation of man is through and in Love." So why not choose love every day and experience its infinite abundance in our lives?

Living wholeheartedly from love is hard to do in a noisy world largely built on the ego. To break through that noise requires us to embody a frequency bigger than it. That frequency is Love.

It's not enough to know this, we must embody it. We must engage with this frequency regularly to sustain and access it's infinite abundance and power. My work in the water and sound and breath has guided myself and many I have worked with to experience the transformation and healing effect.

Today's invitation is to pause and ask yourself how can we love today? And then witness where your thoughts, words and action guide you.

1. What are the ways I knew love to day?

2. What in my life to I find myself complaining or having big opions about? How might I shift from complaiting to actioning positive change?

3. How did I love well today?

4. What might support me to embody love even more?
